I had the most wonderful trip to NYC. When I originally got there, the whole area was a deep dark orange, there was the smell of smoke... almost like a heavy BBQ smell, it was the most apocalyptic thing I've ever witnessed! Luckily. it cleared out and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with cleaner air and a bit of sunshine.
One of my favorite things to do in this life is be a tourist - even in places where I live. Being from a small town, there wasn't much to do. I always say I'm the last of dying generation that knows how to be board. lol So when I do get an opportunity to travel somewhere new or familiar, I make a full itinerary and make the most of every small and big experiences.
No time with me is ever long enough - and no amount of time on vacation is ever enough, either. There is still so much I want to see and do in NYC. I guess that just means I'll have to come back! I spent a lot of time doing the Big Red Bus Hop On/Hop Off Tour, getting off in the financial district to rub the Bull's Balls. and take a boat ride to see the skyline from the water, shopping and playing and eating in Time Square, and spending the day at Museum of Ice Cream, the Aquarium, and finishing up with a few hours at Coney Island. I just love having fun. Life is what you make it. So lets fill our days with excitement, adventure, and a whole lotta lovin'!
